Can I return an item that was on sale?
All items marked as sale cannot be returned for a refund or store credit. They also cannot be exchanged for a different color, size, or style. No exceptions will be made for sale returns. If you have questions, please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org
Will you match the price if something I ordered is now on sale?
We are sorry to hear this, but price matching is not applicable. Please ensure that before you purchase your sale items, you are sure that these are the pieces you want.
Do you have sample/studio sales?
We do have sample/studio sales happening twice a year at our studio where we clear out last season's collection and a variety of one of a kind designs. If you cannot physically attend the sale, you can still be a part of it by e-mailing us directly at email@example.com and we'll provide you with an available inventory sheet.
If I order from the virtual sample/studio sale, will shipping be extra?
Yes, at this time we do not offer free shipping.
What is your online return policy?
For online orders, we accept stuff in new condition with original tags attached for a full refund. You have 30 days from the original purchase date to return the item(s) to us. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used at the time of purchase. Please note that sale items are final sales and will not be exchanged.
What if I need to exchange something for a different size or color?
We do accept exchanges for ill fitting garments as it is in our philosophy that every garment should fit to perfection. However we do not accept exchanges for different colors. If you would like to exchange the item for a different color, please return the original item for a full return and place a new order.
